As confessed in my earlier post on the TAM, I was originally an Apple II guy and am just learning the nuances of working with classic Mac OS's. Anyway, what is the best way, or any viable way, to get a file downloaded from the internet, originally in .SIT stuffit expander format, off of my Mac Mini with OS X 10.6.4 and onto a floppy disk that I can load onto my classic TAM? I have a USB 1.44 floppy hooked up to my Mac Mini. I just want an image loaded onto the floppy that my TAM will recognize to install the software (various old mid 1990's games mostly).
I have figured out how to do these sorts of things on my Apple IIgs with Uthercard, but am baffled for the Mac. Should be easier right?
