Usenet newsreader

I recently downlowded Unison http://www.panic.com/unison/.
When I am asked to "Enter your Usenet (NNTP) server adresse". I do not have the possibility of getting it from my ISP, and I do not want to pay.
Anybody know of a way to get it free?
Also, what is NNTP?
