The Microsoft Z-80 SoftCard

The Microsoft Z-80 SoftCard was an expansion card for the Apple II/III that added the ability to run CP/M.

Without this device it does not work.

If it's the same Microsoft Basic as the one for the Apple II's Z80 SoftCard, here it is: Package iconCPM_Z80SoftCard.zip

added notes

The Wikipedia Apple III article makes it sound like Apple III MS BASIC is specific to the Apple III, citing some particular enhancements.  However it does not make clear what is being compared.  As far as I can tell the Apple II and Apple III MS BASIC are both MS BASIC 5.x as noted above in post #3.

On the other hand the SoftCard III package looks like it did include some utilities specifically for the Apple III.

Maybe there would be some differences in the CP/M BIOS from one to the other package.
