Where can i get a power supply for the powerbook 180 and the battery and do you have to install the power supply in the powerbook????

ebay is likely the cheapest source for both. There are companies out there still selling PB 180 batteries - a Google search will find tons of 'em.
The power supply for the 180 is a 7.5V 'wall wart' AC adapter that plugs into the back of the Powerbook. Again, this information is easy to find on Google.
