Hi,
I am seeing if there is any interest in someone purchasing my Daystar Genesis MP 528. I do not have the complete specs available right now, as I am not at home...but I thought I would at least get the forum started.
Thank you,
Chris

from http://www.everymac.com/systems/daystar/mp/genesis_mp528.html :
The DayStar Genesis MP 528 features four 132 MHz PowerPC 604 processors, 16 MB of RAM, and a 1.0 GB hard drive in an expandable tower case. DayStar shipped this model without a graphics card, allowing the reseller to configure the computer with their choice of graphics cards. There are three variations of this model, one based on the TNT, one based on the Nitro, and another based on the Tsunami architecture.
(Just helping out here!)
Thank you for your help. When I do post the specifications there will be more RAM and a larger hard drive...the quad 132 604 processors will stay the same.
Chris

Hi, Is the Genesis still available? Do you know if it is in complete, working condition? Please email me - I would like to buy it. mrmacintosh00 [at] spymac [dot] com
It Has ONE processor!
No it doesn't, all Daystar MP machines have either 2 or 4 processors... the hint being the "MP" in the name (which means "Multiple Processor" or something along those lines). The machine andersoc is selling is the 4x 132MHz model:
