What a corny propaganda film!
Myself and everyone I've shown it to has found it hilarious. Just don't pay attention to the propaganda side of it, and it's damn funny.
Corny? Yes. It is also cucumberish, spuddish, kale-ish, and so much more!
I think he was trying to be tongue-in-cheek...
My wife thought it was dumb, I was almost in tears from laughing.
It does carry a rather obvious message, though...
I don't care if it's propaganda. It made me laugh.
Besides, that wouldn't have been made without there being an obvious message. Very few people wake up in the morning and say "You know what? We should totally do Star Wars with vegetables and other organic food products."
I've done stop motion, and I'll admit to doing things from Star Wars to Hamlet, but vegetables doing the acting? Never occurred to me.
Was that stop motion? Or wires, or puppets, or what?
