Just thought I would share this with everyone. If you're a student and buy an iBook from Apple using your student discount, you can get a free 4gig iPod mini. You've got to pay for the mini up-front and you'll get a rebate from Apple. You are responsible to pay any taxes on the device, however.
I bought my iBook last week, about 2 days before the promotion started, and Apple still honoured my request for a free iPod mini. Now that's what I call customer satisfaction.

It's actually valid with *any* Mac purchase except the Mac mini. I plan on picking up a 12" AlBook in a month or so because of the promotion.
