We have complied with zero government requests for information.
I just spent my afternoon swearing at the MySQL server. I'm not sure why (haven't had a chance to run through the logs yet) but it decided to scramble the MySQL authentication data. I ended up just pulling the actual data files to a backup, reinstalling the SQL server, and restoring the files. That was after swearing that the typical reset passwords procedures weren't working.
