When downloading , I get an error (file doesn't start with pdf).
Why can't I download this pdf file ?

Can you give it another try? We did some maintenance recently which involved moving a few files, and I neglected to set the permissions correctly on the download.

In the Woz-Pack, they say something about an accompagnied Cassette (with programs going with the Woz pack). Is that cassette or disk (image) available somewhere?
