Looking for a keystem for a 605-4115-0 keyboard

Hello group,

I've come across a ii plus keyboard thats dirrerent than I'm used to.  It doesn't have removable key switches.  It does however have a snapped stem. I carefully was able to remove  the broken stem and pick out the remains in the keycap. Would anyone have one of these stems they could part with? I'm working with someone, if all else fails, on possibly making a copy of an undamaged stem with a 3D printer.  Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Help using/fixing Apple // europlus

Hi all,

I'm trying to prepare an Apple // europlus for a small local no-profit museum so visitors can use it.

I am familiar with Apple //e and I am a bit lost here.

I understand the original Apple 2 did not auto-start so you had to type PR#6 to boot from floppy. However, ROM F8 is 341-0020-00 which I understand it should be the auto-boot one.

The other ROMS are

341-0015-00

341-0014-E8

341-0013

341-0012-00

(D0 is unreadable from the pic I have)

Bobbin: new Apple II emulator, aimed at accelerating software development

Bobbin is a "highly hackable" Apple ][ emulator, aimed especially at improving productivity for devs of Apple ][ software by offering convenient terminal-based interface options, redirectable "standard input and output"-oriented options, and custom-scripted, on-the-fly adjustments to the emulated machine.

Anyone cloned the Apple II Mouse Card

Just wondering, something that could take a real serial mouse and/or PS2/USB etc -- shouldn't be too hard given the most excellent cards that are being developped all around!

Apple IIGS and adb keyboard + mouse problem

Hello,I have some problems getting a mouse working on a Apple IIGS.

The keyboard has two adb connectors one to the left, another to the right.

First I notice that if I connect the keyboard to the cpu with the left connector it works. He dont work if I use the right connector.

Its my first contact with a IIGS so I say to me its strange but okay...

Then I connect a mouse (works well on my Powerbook 100), of course to the right adb connector. The mouse work (move if I move it) but also do over reaction and erratic movements and is unusable.

Question on 5.25" drives

I have two slim 5.25" drives.  One is from a Laser 128, the other is a Maple drive.  They both seem to basically work (drive spins, light comes on) but the stepper motor doesn't move the head.  When off, I can manually move the heads without issue.

On the Laser drive, if I slide the head back to track 0, Copy2Plus can verify track 0 but then cannot advance the head for the rest of the tracks.  The Maple drive's head can also move but I can't get it to read track 0.  Maybe that head is dead.

Floppy EMU case options

Hey folks, question for you people who have a Floppy EMU...

I followed the thread on Dave's excellent modification to put a Floppy EMU into a Disk ][ case. Unfortunately by the time I got my Floppy EMU and found a drive that I could use (off ebay and yes I'm going to keep the original insides safe), Dave had run out of kits/parts and it may be a few months before he has a chance to release the files. I did see that someone else designed a front panel. I'm wondering if anyone else has done any work similar to Dave's or building on Dave's?

AdvSkel65 Progress Report: Getting Monitor: Possible Crash on ProDOS OPEN

Hi!  I can't figure this one out.  Right now, most ports of AdvSkel65 appear to be working, but the two Apple2enh ports are giving me the monitor at startup.  :(  The 64k version used to work, but the 128k version was giving me the monitor at a location used by a Cubbyhole stub.  Right now, it seems that the monitor is showing a location in the main program.  I think this is happening during a call to the ProDOS OPEN function.  I attached the code for the OPEN code, the file-parsing code and the code that reads the files into memory.  BTW, I'm using ProDOSi to access the file system.  Thank
