Unusual Cards

I created this thread to discuss unusual cards (request info from the community, etc) for the Apple II series.

I've come across this beastie:

EuroInterfaces 68000 INTEMEX AP-20 from a company called IBS COMPUTERTECHNIK

System 6.01 problems Apple IIGS

Hi all,
I've just replaced my logic board on my Apple IIGS with one which I got from ebay (action reported fully tested and working). ROM 01

I'm using a CFFA3000 and a hard disk system 6.01 image from http://www.whatisthe2gs.apple2.org.za

I get this when trying to load System 6.01: (see attachments)

I've run the Apple IIGs QRAM diag disk. All tests pass. I've run the Apple IIGS Diagnostics V3.0 disk too. All tests pass.

Am I missing something? Is something else faulty on the Logic Board that the diagnostics programs don't detect?

Integer BASIC ROM question

Hey guys,

I think I finally have a Rev 4 board lined up for my II case. So now it's onto finding Integer ROMs as it has the applesoft.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/APPLESOFT-FIRMWARE-CARD-Plug-in-Integer-Basic-ROM-card-for-Apple-II-/191042262410?pt=US_Vintage_Computing_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c7b01958a

I was looking at this auction here, but I don't recognize the part numbers. I'm assuming given only 4 chips it's likely integer, but I can't cross ref those ROM numbers.. are they Integer?

Apple // Monitor (mono-chrome)

I just bought an apple // monitor on ebay.

When it arrived (via UPS) the monitor, of course, doesn't work.

Alpha Syntauri Interfacecard search for pictures and information - urgently help needed

I´ve purchased a Alpha Syntauri Keyboard without Interfacecard and
i´m hunting for detail pictures of that interfacecard.
Even more i´m hunting also for one or two good pictures of the componentside
while the chips are pulled out to detect the traces below of the chips...
Purpose is to reverse engineer that card for recreation/remake to complete
the keyboard i have purchased.

Please don´t send notes about the pictures from Apple Documentation Center - i have them -
and the resolution is a bit to bad for reverse engineering !

i´d prefer contact with someone who owns that card and is able to share information not availiable at the internet !

Urgently help needed.
please pm me.
thanks a lot in advance

question on //c memory replacements

Has anyone had luck replacing the Micron MT4264 DRAM in a //c with 4164 variants? The //e I have has Siemens 4164 soldered to the motherboard. There is some information that the 4264 is back compatible with 4164, but not the reverse. However, the //e's and //c's should be similar in their memory handling and likely do not use the unique features of the 4264 (whatever they may be - page addressing?)

merci d'avance,
eric F
