Apple II

Apple II EuroPlus boot issue

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone is able to help me at all?

I recently acquired an old Apple II EuroPlus system, has the disc controller card and 2 disc drives, no other expansion card of any type fitted.

When I turn it on, there is no beep and the screen displays a random load of characters and that's it, no further.

Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

this is an adress to all users that have some experience with the so called exotic-OS systems for Apple II - series - in other words Apple II up to the IIGS. There are several exotic operation systems availiable to these computers like xlinix, geos, and contiki....

This is crazy, $255 dollars for a common II+ RFI Keyboard not even Datanetics

Apple II plus RFI keyboard

255 dollars plus shipping, no returns and no guarantee to work!!!!!
This is the most common II plus keyboard from what I understand and based on spending a week fixing the worst to troubleshoot. What is wrong with eBay and Apple products these days....

Apple II Clone found in poor condition, with some unknown to me assemblies

Hi i am Thomas from Germany.

I was a week ago, i caught the Apple fever than I could accidentally buy an Apple II clone favorable.
Unfortunately, this has been experienced with some modifications, as a layman I do not quite understand at the moment.
I made a couple of photos showing the condition of the Apple II when he came to me.

Where to find old, educational Apple IIe software

I would like to start collecting old, educational Apple IIe software onto my Windows PC. What are some good websites for searching and downloading from? What file system(s) are these programs in when saving to a modern Windows PC?
