Probably.
Just some clarification, what's the question?
A: Can a quadra run A/UX?
B: Can PearPC run A/UX?
C: Can a Quadra runing A/UX run PearPC?
Any of those three interpretations are possible, here.

I was thinking could a 68040 Centris 610 running A/UX run pearpc
If you compiled it using an A/UX compiler on the computer, there's no reason I can think of that it shouldn't work.
I thought A/UX did not have a compler
I think it comes with GCC.
It comes with cc, gcc is avaliable though
