Garage band on g3 ibook

Hey,

I have a g3 with osx tiger, but I dont have all of the cool programs like garage band and that stuff. My friend just bought an ibook g4 with all of that cool junk and I want to know if i can use his setup discs to put it on mine?
I dunno, i figured becuase the setup discs were labelled "g4" maybe they wouldn't do the trick.
Let me know what you guys think,

but you need a 600mhz g3 or better to run garage band

yeah, not really concerned ab

yeah, not really concerned about the legal aspects.
my g3 ibook is a 600mhz or higher, so it should be cool.

anyone have any ideas though?
