San Diego Wild Fires

Well guys, I know some of you are from sd like myself. So how is this fire affecting you? We had to evac at 4am and then i went back for a forgotten passport and saw the flames on the ridge of the forest and had to leave. FYI i live in the san marcos area so it was the coronado fire then the witch fire. The best part is, only 5 days til my wedding.

went back today, then got to word to evac again.

Went back in and it was like a seedy pool-hall in tijuana. Now on the other side of the forrest is another fire looming and if it gets to the forrest I would be "boned" as bender would say.

That is so terrifying. Number

That is so terrifying. Number of fires, floods is growing. Can imagine when people loose what they got for whole life and then loose homes so suddenly. Hold on!
By the way, have you had your wedding?

my cuz lost work

My cousin in Vegas, hit hard by the real estate slump there was lucky to get a high$ job in the Southland as a construction foreman, but due to the fires the work stopped after only a few weeks. He's surprisingly still with a PMA... but he's got a family now, really needs to work. The effects of the fire are wide. Indirectly, the fire could take his home in Vegas (not as bad as loosing it all, but still...).
