Mac LC III

On my Mac LC III, I have like Mac System 7.0.1 or something around there, I know it's not any more than System 7.0.3 or something like that. I know you can put like System 7.5.5 or maybe higher on it. But what's the highest version of Mac that I can put on it?

LCIII OS limit.

Hey.

OS 7.6.1 is that last stop on that upgrade train.

Not that I've done it myself. Gamba has a page.

Your only Mac?

Well, if that's the case, then you'll need to make floppies or a CD on your PC to load a system. I'd stick with 7.5.5 for now, you can find a nice list of MOS sources here. Gotta love Gamba!
