Re:Macbook Wheel

Yawn...I seem to have missed the part that was supposed to be funny on that spoof, so I checked a couple of their other spoofs and missed it there too. Anything's possible on the internet, including a well funded, well produced comedy website without a laugh in site (haha, that was a pun on sight, get it? haha, I made a funny). They say humor is culturally based.

Signs of the times...

After watching that (and not even cracking a smile) the only thing that came to mind was, why would anyone waste all that time doing that? What a way to piss money away.

I'll have to disagree with the previous naysayers and say that was TOTALLY AWESOME. (All caps).

Next year...

maybe they will have Billy Mays give the keynote. THE ENTIRE KEYNOTE WOULD BE IN CAPS THEN! And oh, so exciting.

Yeah, I can't say I was too i

Yeah, I can't say I was too impressed with this year's keynote. Actually, I was pretty disappointed. With all the rumors of Netbooks, new Mini's and 10.6 I thought there would be something new and interesting to see. Everyone knew the 17" pro becoming a unibody was a given. Kind of like the 15" TiBook becoming aluminum along with the 12" and 17" powerbooks back in 04. A simple web release would have been sufficient.
