IIe do not start

IIe PAL,nothing happens, no keyboard reset possible
Any idea?

Looks like the reset signal to the CPU is stuck.

1) Turn off the computer.
2) Remove all cards from the computer.
3) Disconnect the keyboard header from the motherboard.
4) Turn on the computer.

The Apple should enter in to self-test. It will keep repeating this test.

Does anything different happen?
