Quick question:
Is it possible to install Transwarp and Zip Chip on the same computer?

Please share your opinion.
Thank you.

My opinion: one would disable the other. You of course could install both, but you certainly would not get a benefit I assume you are after: having the results compound one another. At best, one would work. At worst, the machine would not run at all.

Do you think it's possible to alter the ROM and make it work?

No, and there's no such thing as perpetual motion, either. The accelerators aren't going to be additive no matter what is done. Each expects to accelerate a 1.something MHz clocked chip and bus. If they find themselves in an environment where that assumption doesn't hold, they're not going to work.

Re: Transwarp + Zip Chip

I'd guess that the Transwarp would run and the Zipchip wouldn't.
My reasoning is that the Transwarp takes over a lot of the motherboard functions and
doesn't use the motherboard RAM or CPU. With a Transwarp in it, you can actually run a II/IIe without motherboard RAM or processor
