WTB: Apple Universal Monitor Stand (for 68k era Macintosh CRTs)

I'm looking for one of these stands for the old Macintosh 68k era CRT monitors. They have the large circular puck on top that fits into the bottom of these monitors. Here's a link to the data sheet:
