I have a monitor that is acting up with a wavy picture. I can't seem to find a trustable website. They all seem to be scams and Sam's doesn't seem to have a copy for sale.

No service manual there.
I have a brand new Sanyo VM4209 that works perfectly at 12v .
It would be nice to have the service manual. I did search it but I had no luck.
