Hi All
Apologies for the number of noob questions, but I have been looking for some time and struggling to ID my Apple IIe mainboard. I think it is a REV A based on the detail in the picture below, but I am aware some REV B boares were marked -A.
if anybody can definitively ID I would be very grateful, thanks.
I believe that's an early PAL board. It's sure that it's PAL and not NTSC, and there are the two wires and the small switch at the position for the can oscillator.
Regards
Ralf
I don't know the revisions of the PAL boards. The typical Rev.A mainboard without the Double Hires feature is the first sold in 1983 in USA, and it's for NTSC. The PAL boards were sold i.e. in Europe, and they have the Double Hires feature.

Ralf
