I have a PDF scan of the book. Not sure of what your definition of "quality" is when it comes to scans.
Can you make the file available for me to download, the version I have here was done ages ago at very low dpi.
The ocr software I have is Abbyy, it is quite good.
The scan available here isn't too horrible.

That scan is about the best available online that I've seen, however far from great, many of the illustrations have text that is not legible.
FWIW, there is an effort underway to re-create this book with full text and new diagrams. Stay tuned...
