Apple II Plus - E8 ROM

I am just restoring an Apple II Plus that has been stored for many years, The CPU ROM and RAM had very tarnished legs with some being corroded, I managed to clean most up with the exception of E8 part number 341-0014-E8

This is now sitting with many legs broken so I need to replace it.

My question is can I just write an eprom and fit it, if so what type do I use ?
