Hi all,
I am thinking about trading off my Rev 0 board. I truly do want to keep it, but I know I will never be able to find a proper case/power supply/keyboard, so I'd like to trade it off for something I'd immediately be able to enjoy, while at the same time help out a fellow collector restore a system.
I unfortunately haven't been able to test it, but it seems intact for the most part. The person who I got it from said it was last working over 20 years ago when the board was swapped out for a II+ board.
It's decently early with a serial no. of 1156. The RAM however was pulled before I got it and placed in a foam block (included), so you'd have to reinstall it yourself. Shouldn't be too much of a problem though. Not 100% positive on ROMs but the ones that are present appear to be Applesoft ones.

Given the rarity of Rev 0 boards, I would mainly be interested in a trade/partial trade for the following, but I'm open to offers!
Macintosh Portable (either version, doesn't have to be 100% working or in the best shape)
128k (unupgraded)
Quadra 700/840AV/950
PowerBook 2400c
Sonnet Presto Plus upgrade
Mac IIx/IIfx
TAM
Also might be interested in a IIGS ROM 3 system depending on the specific configuration.
As a last resort, I am open to cash offers, but I would preferably want to trade. Thank you!

Apple II rev 0's were sold as bare boards, so you don't need a regular Apple II case, power supply or keyboard in order to properly display or operate an Apple II rev 0 board. In fact, I haven't seen an Apple II bare board display with the third party power supply and keyboard since the 70's, which is a shame.

Thanks for all of the offers so far, will get back to everybody soon!
@Mike: Honestly, I'd just rather see the board go to a good home. I'm in college now, and I'd hate to see something rare that could help another collector fix up an original Rev 0 just gather dust in a box. Even if I did a generic PSU/keyboard, it still wouldn't feel right to me.
Hello,
I have a IIgs ROM 3. What kind of configuration would you like? Also, I have a few vintage Apple items listed at www.retromidwave.com
Thank you,
Jerry
Hi Jerry,
Sorry, the IIGS is a low priority - mainly interested in a ROM 3 as an addon in a trade, unless it has rarer upgrades (Transwarp, Focus HD, etc.)
Thanks to those who have expressed interest thusfar! If I haven't replied to you yet, feel free to bug me. I've received a ton of PMs as of late.

Hi, has this motherboard been sold?
I'm curious, as I'm still interested in it. I've been wanting a Rev 0 for a long time.
