When I try to write a .DSK image of Locksmith to a disk with my IIGS, ADTP reports "No files" and fails. Opening the image in Applesauce, it does not recognize a format, and it looks like the image is itself copy-protected, based on the visual disk map. Is there a different way to do this?

Where did you download the disk image of Locksmith from ? ftp.apple.asimov.net ? archive.org ?
Try downloading another copy of Locksmith and running ADTPro again. You might also want to check your DIN-8 serial cable for any defects. I assume the serial port settings on your IIgs are correct and you can actually browse the disk images on the ADTPro server side ?
