LeadingZero XFCN, Version 1.1

An external function for Apple HyperCard 2.x

This XFCN fills a integer to a given number of digits by putting Zeros before it.
This XFCN is accelerated for PowerPC (only for HyperCard >= 2.3). Also a version for 68K Machines is included.
