The label says NUpowr G3 7NU250/166 Newer Technology, Inc. I only find a recent match to an eBay auction, from all accounts this is a 250MHz G3 upgrade w/ 1MB L2 cache for a 1400/166. I don't have a 1400 to test this in, so it's sold untested as-is. The ebay price seems a tad pricey for an as-is, but if some one wants to offer it I'll take it.
Send offers via PM. All I have is the CPU module, so shipping should be very cheap. For most CONUS buyers I'll probably take shipping from the offer price. International buyers should estimate a small package shipping price and add that the offer (and let me know) or make an offer and be willing to pay actual shipping from US Zip 64053.
