WTB: 1400cs screen and RAM upgrade

I have a 1400c, I would like to upgrade both the screen ( to an active matrix screen out of a CS) and the RAM (from my measley 24M to a whopping 64M)

I already have the 400Mhz G4 Sonnet card in it, so I'm almost there.

backwards

You have that backwards. The 1400c already has the active matrix (better screen) and the 1400cs has the passive matrix screen.
