I am hoping for a response to an email I just sent to someone who appears to know the answer. I asked exactly the question you asked, and I asked if the Wraith is the ROM original to a B/W G3. It appears likely that it is either the the B/W G3 ROM or the Beige G3 Rev. c ROM. If he replies with the answer, I will post it here.
According to the text of an auction for a G3 Rev. B ROM by PC Rebuilders in Chicago, IL:
“Here is Apple's second revision ROM for their beige G3 Power Macintosh desktops and towers... Apple's system profiler states that the ROM version is $77D.45F1. It is known as the "Wraith ROM", version B, or version 2, and bears Apple's part number 820-0954-01.
