Vimage VPowerPB Software: Anybody got?

I've had one of these in my 1400 for a long time, however the software version I have is extremely ancient (like 1.0.1 I believe.) As far as I can tell, the newest VpowerPB software is version 2.1, but of course it's just about impossible to find now. Anyone got this or whatever the latest/last version was/is?

BTW: I don't consider this a warez thing, since we're talking about a computer upgrade I own, including the original disks and manual, from a vaporware company, that was offering it as a free download before they disappeared. However, if it could be considered that way, could get me banned, etc, PM me or delete accordingly.

PS: Anyway to enable dynamic power management (reduction of processor speed?) I did try the PowerLogix CPU Director software just to see what would happen, it freezes extensions on, off, driver allowed, (crashes with driver installed...and no I'm not concurrently running the VpowerPB extension) so no joy there. Sad

Some Progress

I've tried a few things already...

... firstly, Sonnet make a Crescendo card for PowerBook 1400s. I downloaded and installed their latest, and it works perfectly, cache enabled and the whole nine yards.

Secondly, I'm thinking I've got the original PPC 750, that doesn't allow its speed to be altered, and that possibly doesn't "do" power management. If anyone can confirm or deny that, I'd appreciate it, DPM is what I'm after.
