MacTraceroute 1.1

MacTraceroute 1.1 fixes several bugs found in 1.0, and includes the 1.2
version of the Traceroute Ethernet LAP which fixes, among other things, the
annoying Class C subnet problem in MacTCP.

This should replace:
comm/inet/mac-traceroute-10.h...
