I am an old time Apple //e user, getting back into it now and I have a question about an ImageWriter II, first-gen, I picked up and trying to rehab.

Problem with Apple II clone

Hello guys,

I'm new to the forum.

I am trying to get an Apple II clone working here.

I attach a photo of the motherboard and ROM card.

The computer turns on, keyboard light is on, but the computer doesn't beep and shows a unique pattern on the screen (see attached) and does not go into prompt.

I don't know what the issue is and whether it's with the motherboard, ROM card or keyboard.

I would appreciate any suggestions for a possible easy fix of such an issue, if you have experienced it before.

Identify Unique Apple II Computer

A friend has a unique looking Apple II Computer.  The internals include a 1978 Apple Computer motherboard with either "JP" or "IP" hand written in lower left corner.  It is housed in a wooden frame with an apple emblem and a brown top/cover.  I have been unable to find information on this interesting computer.  Any help would be very much appreciated, and a quick response would be even more appreciated!

Platinum Apple IIe keyboard with modern keys?

I really loved using the Apple IIe Platinum for typing, and want to know if there are any modern keyboards (with modern keys, like F1 to F12, Home, End, Page Up, etc.) that use the same kind of keys.

PCD-47B

I’ve used the PCD-50B card reader with Apple IIs. I got mine when they were inexpensive but now the price has skyrocketed. It has 5 card slots but the only card slot that any Apple II SCSI cards can see is the PCMIA slot.

I was browsing Craigslist and saw a PCD-47B card reader for next to nothing. It has 3 card slots but I was hoping that at least the PCMCIA slot would work with Apple IIs.

Sdisk2 NIC images?

Hi all,

Thought I'd ask if anyone has built a collection of Sdisk2-compatible NIC images for quick download?

I know there are conversion tools from DSK to NIC, but if someone's already been through that pain barrier already and made NICs available, it would obviously save me a lot of time.

pool of radiance only recognizes one drive??

i have pool of radiance on apple IIe and i have two disk ii

drives. This game takes up eight floppies and for some reason it only recognizes drive 1. it doesn't even activate drive 2 at all.  There is no way anyone played this eight floppy game with one drive. Where do i begin to get this game to recognize the other drive? The drive 2 works with other software. Thanks

//e lamp covers

I am restoring a //e and 3d printed some lamp covers. They snap in. I have two extra that I can send to US 48. PM me your address if interested. As long as shipping isn't too much, it will be free. Limit one and I only have two to send.
