Bell & Howard Apple II - issues with stability and ROM CARD 600

Hello, hoping someone can set me on the right path, my knowledge is limited as the las time I played with an Apple II I was a student in Jr. High in the computer class run by Mrs. Quigley.  A bit of backstory in case it'll help.  A B&H Apple II came to me with a dead power supply, and only one ROM CARD 600 in it.

I tried repairing the power supply with a capacitor kit but was ultimately unsuccessful.  I ended up getting a replacement PSU from ReActive, and that got the Apple II booting up to a garbage screen to the monitor prompt.

Apple II monochrome monitor has a bright spot after turning off

The monitor turned on and showed a green screen. However, after I turned it off the screen had a bright spot in the center for at least several seconds before it went off. What might be the cause of that?

Can't seem to get 800K 3.5" disks to work on my IIGS

I have two 800K 3.5" drives and one 5.25" drive for my Apple IIGS. However, I can't seem to use any 800K 3.5" disks. It's like it can't find it, or it doesn't work, and I've tried both 3.5" drives. I even tried just having one 3.5" drive connected, and no other drives, and it still wouldn't see or load anything from any of the disks.

Can a //e read Apple /// disks?

I have a Microsoft Softcard III CP/M card with the manuals and disks in original box that i want to sell.

Obviously i know the card can't be used, but can my Enhanced //e with Disk ]['s or DuoDisc (i have both) read Apple /// disks to verify there's still something on them?

I recall reading this somewhere online recently, but wanted to confirm before i try it and possibly destroy the disks.

Is there a 'backspace' key with Ver 1 Brain Board?

I recently bought a Brain Board Version 1  on eBay for my Apple II computer. The card works great. The card design provides a nice, efficient way  to get an Apple-1 emulator in my Apple II. My problem is that my Apple II keyboard is not perfect. Some keys will produce two characters instead of just one. This was fine with the Apple II as I could just use the left arrow to 'backspace' over the extra character and type over it. But, to my knowledge,  the Brain Board Apple I emulator does not have a 'backspace'  key. Is there a 'backspace' key for the Apple-1 emulator on the Brain Board?

Apple II Geiger counter?

Has anyone ever come across a Geiger counter that works with Apple II? I remember seeing one in an episode of Mr. Wizard (season 4 ep 13), but I've never actually seen the peripheral or the software. I can't find a clip online but I'll upload a screenshot in horrible definition. It might have a dedicated peripheral card too, the cable is RJsomething though I suppose it could just be using a DB9-RJ45 adapter.

Duodisk thinks all disks are write protected

Any ideas on what I should try first?

It's been a while since I tried to write floppies on my //e.

Fired up ADTPro to try to create a disk.

I can boot off floppies fine.

But when I tried to format, it didn't work.

So I tried the other drive...  Didn't work.

Went into Copy ][ Plus and tried to format, it says the disk is write protected.  No matter which drive.

I have tried several different floppies (unused and appearing to be in good shape) and it's not saying it fails formatting.

Question about Zenith ZVM-122-T Monitor

I’ve acquired a Zenith ZVM-122-T monochrome composite video monitor that I would like to use with an Apple IIe. There is no RCA-type jack on the input plate but instead there are 4 cables coming out of a  cut-out in the lower left rear corner.I have seen pictures of the exact same monitor configuration on various websites, so it is possible this could be a factory modification? The second photo shows the ends of the 4 cables. There is continuity between the AC ground pin, the shell of the BNC, the green wire, and the braided strap.
