Apple II adapter for using multiple joysticks!?

I found [this](https://www.etsy.com/listing/1716794783/apple-ii-iigs-adapter-for-using-up-to) on Esty, and it seems pretty cool for use on an Apple IIGS with two Kraft KC 3 Precision Joysticks. What do you guys think?

But the main reason I made this was because I was wondering if it's possible to take joystick in out from both joysticks and make a AppleSoft BASIC game, like Pong, that allows two players to use their own joysticks. Do you think that this is possible?

Creating an Apple IIGS

Hey guys, this is my first topic, so thanks for replying!

I'm a computer-and-coding type of guy. I code in like 6 different proggramining languages, but I thought, hey why not try to get my hands on one of those old Apple IIGS that we all used to love. So, I've been doing lots of research and creating a whole document with the parts I'd like to buy and use. Do you guys have any feedback on things I should/shouldn't get?

Here's the parts:

another unvented II

Looks like it's missing some parts. This is the third unvented II (S/N 119) I've seen in 35 some odd years on fleaBay.

The two other were S/N 5 and S/N 25.

(listing deleted. looks like afraudulent listing)

Baffled by Rev 3 Motherboard

I purchased a Rev 3 motherboard on eBay with the hopes of installing it in my original Apple II. I currently have a working Rev 4 motherboard in the Apple II. I started by testing all the ICs that came with the Rev 3 row by row by placing them into the Rev 4 motherboard. I was able to find one or two bad ICs this way. During this process I had placed the ICs removed from the Rev 4 MB into the Rev 3 MB so I had known good ICs in the Rev 3.

A2Pico

The A2Pico hardware comes in two flavours: SMD and TH, see https://github.com/oliverschmidt/a2pico for details.

The other day, the design files for the most recent TH variant were published, see https://github.com/rallepalaveev/a2pico/tree/main/A2Pico.v2.6

The Apple II: CH03 - The Apple IIc, Apple IIgs and the Apple II's Legacy

Entering the mid-eighties, 8-bit Micros, such as the Apple II were becoming a little out-moded.So what could Apple do, to keep the Apple II range fresh?

Well, hows about two very different machines? One which re-invented the Apple II as a mobile powerhouse, for office and home.Whilst the IIgs, literally re-invented the Apple II as a new 16-bit computer,to go into battle with the Atari ST and Amiga computers, which had set the home micro scene on fire.

Retronaut: The Apple II: CH02 - The Apple II+ and Apple IIe

It's 1977, the Apple II has launched and is a big hit. It has issues, but Apple is up to the challenge of taking their fledgling new computer to higher levels.

Learn how they addressed its short-comings in and how these innovations lead to two new and much loved Apple II models, the Apple II+ and the Apple IIe.

But it was not all plain sailing.

Decisions made soon after the Apple II's launch, would lead to Apple striking out on a new project to replace the Apple II, the Apple III.

RFI keyboard repair (ITT Snap-Action Array)

I've unfortunately purchased a "slightly" incomplete RFI ketboard (beige backed PCB). It was without encoder, as there are a few new replacement options for those. However it was expected that the keyswitches/snap-action arrays would all be intact. I should have known something was up when I noticed a missing screw (as the plastic thread in the keboard frame directly below was broken apart) when removing the pcb for cleaning.
