Decent assembler & simulator for Apple II/II+

I am looking for a decent assembler and/or simulator for 6502/Apple II/II+. I.e. something I can use for testing and debugging of my Apple II+ assembler programs. I guess I want a 6502 assembler plus an emulator which supports loading the full Apple ROM image into memory. A big plus would, of course, be emulation of Apple I/O like display, keyboard, etc.

What are the best choices? (I run windows xp on my PC)

Help! Need a Mac OS X solution for CFFA use

O.k... I purchased Rich Dreher's CFFA1 & CFFA2 drive for use in my Apple computers. The problem is that I do not have a means to move software images to the CF Card on my Powerbook. Ciderpress is supossed to be the software to make this happen, but it is a Windows only application.

Is there ANY Mac OS X solutions for moving software from my Powerbook to the CFFA? I am posting this request on several sites but so far there hasn't been any response.

ProDOS Editor/Assembler

Does anyone have information on the ProDOS Editor/Assembler (EDASM)? Yes, I know I should look for the book "Beneath Apple ProDOS" or the "ProDOS Assembler Tools User's Manual" by Apple.

But is there anything online? Google has turned up nothing, as have various other search engines. I just want to know the basic commands for assembly, linking, saving, etc.

Apple IIgs upgrade sources

Anybody know where I would be able to get a ZipGS/Transwarp GS and a RAM-GS card for my ROM 3 GS?

Seems that even eBay is kinda dry lately.

Pirating The Goonies

My favorite game for the Apple II was The Goonies by Datasoft, Inc. I have an original disk (not cracked) of the game, and I've been trying to copy the damn thing for some time now. I set up a small web page describing the dilemma:

Does anyone have an Apple //c motherboard?

I need to salvage an IWM chip (Integrated Woz Machine - the disk II interface all in one chip) from an Apple //c to repair a machine. I'm in Australia - can do Paypal etc.

Anyone have one a board I can salvage one from? I guess the board can be dead or alive - as long as the fault was not the disk controller Smile I just need the IWM chip.

Any AppleII/IIgs users in the DeMotte Indiana area(30 min away from Merrillville,1hrfrom Indianapolis)interested in a User Group

I just wanted to know if there were any Apple II users in my area that would be interested in starting a new NorthWest Indiana (what would be the ONLY one) Apple II Users Group. NO MACINTOSH...It would include publishing a monthly newsletter, and doing it ALL for FREE!!!!
This is depending on devotion to the Apple II. Dont let the interest die in Indiana...
