Apple ][ case badges

Hi all, noob here!

I have been hunting high and low for a case badge for an original shape Apple ][.

I've heard NOS labels sometimes pop up, but I've not seen any for sale.

Does anyone know if repros exist?

Thanks!

A2S1 with Integer ROMs operation questions

Hey guys,

I had just purchased a set of Integer ROMs from dorkbert when another set dropped on my lap for cheap (way less than half the going ebay rate). Anyway, I don't have a working keyboard now so can't go very far, but I did install the ROMs and power up. I have a couple of questions.

I have the Apple II User's Guide by Dave Finnegan here but I'm not clear on how exactly you load a bootable disk (or do you?) with an integer BASIC system, since it doesn't have the Autostart.

Differences in Rev. A //e motherboard

A friend just gave me an old //e that had been sitting in her garage for a couple of decades. It has the older white keyboard and an "A" revision motherboard. (And it has a populated Ramworks II card in it, so...score!)

It seems to work fine with a standard //e enhancement kit. Aside from the purported lack of double hires graphics, are there any drawbacks to the Rev. A motherboard?

"Lost and Found" Department

Good Morning All,

A little bit ago (about 30 minutes), I decided to pull down some boxes to see just what I had placed in them.
To my surprise I found my 3.5 inch Super-drive (with the Controller Card) and an AE RGB Card.

Now these boxes have been up on the shelf for at least a year and I have not touched them.

A2S1 Keyboard nightmare

Guess I had it coming.

I realized I had the materials to make my own keyboard ribbon cable to replace the broken one that came with this A2S1 keyboard. No problem - followed the wiring schematics I had.. etc. But, alas, didn't work. So I switched back to the cable from my II+ and to my horror, none of the keys were working except Ctrl-Reset.

stuck key

After finding which key was sticking on my Apple II e sprayed it with electrical contact spray to loosen it up. No luck. Not sure now if it is not so much stuck as broken. When I hit the key it makes a spring sound and the stem vibrates on release as seems very wobbly. What can be done to get my computer operational again?

Really early Apple II+ ?

I'm guessing this one must have had its board replaced. Very, very low serial number. Silver power supply like a regular II, but the board, I think I can make out the silkscreening on the left somewhat. So must be 820-0044-xx or something? Probably should be a Rev 03 or 04? Wonder what it'll hit.
