The Caverns of Dr. Oz

Does anybody have any information on an educational math game called Caverns of Dr. Oz? I played it on the Apple in elementary school and I'm trying to get ahold of it again. The object was to write the correct answers to math problems before traps killed you (crushed by walls, cut by giant scissors, having to kick a bomb off a cliff). If anybody remembers this game or anything about it - who published it, where I can get ahold of it, please let me know. Thanks!

Understanding How Transfer Disk Images to CF Card

I just bought the IIgs MicroDrive IDE Controller card (256MB CF) from ReactiveMicro. I spent all day with the CiderPress software and can't figure out how to use it. I have all these disk images I'm unsure how to get onto CF for use on my Apple IIgs. I looked at some tutorials but I'm still confused. Please could some one could explain how to do it step by step so anyone can understand. The CiderPress software is over engineered and poorly designed for easy of use in my opinion but it seams to be the only option.

Disk ][ Detail Calibration Guide for First Timer

I've never calibrated a drive before, but I need to calibrate my Disk II drive so it will read and write floppy disks. I need a really in depth guide that is easy to understand. I have no 60Hz strobe light for getting the drive speed right. I need a solution to get this drive working that doesn't involve shipping it to someone to do it. The heads are good. I know this drive was fully functional before my Apple II Plus stopped working.

Apple II Plus Last Remaining Roadblock

I've have made a lot of progress in fixing my Apple II Plus, but now I'm stumped in what is blocking my progress at the current moment. I have replaced every last chip including CPU and ROM chips. Well every chip but the two 555 ICs, the Special ROM (Character ROM) (which seams to be in working order), and 741 IC. All chips where replaced with known good chips. Maybe one of the other components need replacing. When I start it now it displays this perfectly with no random characters appearing:

Question on hooking up the Shiftkey Lowercase Mod for the II+

Ok , can you guys give me some suggestions on what is the best and easiest way to hook up
the Shiftkey Lowercase Mod for the II+? What type guage wire should you use? And what is the best way to connect it to pin#4 of the II+'s joystick connector? Should you remove the Joystick's connector and soldier the wire to pin#4 and reconnect the Joystick connector , or should you just use a 16 PIN connector that goes into the Joystick's connector? And if going the route of a 16 PIN connector , is this stable enough? Will it stay in place when you want to add/remove a joystick?

GBBS up and running?

Wow! Kewl too see that a BBS has popped up again! That would leave some real posobilities for running older BBS's again! Think about it! It would be awsome too see cool BBSs back in the day , like Dune , Simarilian , Adventure's Tavern , and many others come back too life , via a Super Serial Card II and a CF card! Ofcourse , the passwords would still be in play , but would still most likely take new users , wow , that gives alot of ideas!

Very kewl , very kewl in deed :O)

Apple II* stuff for sale- what's valuable?

Hello,

I need to de-computer. I have bushels of Apple items (too cute?). My plan was to ebay it, but selling through here may work.

The problem is many of these things may be too common and may not be worth the trouble on ebay. I've done some research. Some stuff will only sell for a buck or two.

Help me here- what items are interesting (I refuse to say @@@RARE@@@!)?

I appreciate honest answers,
Scott
