Not UK

I don't know of any UK specific vendors, but http://www.cablesonline.com has both of those and a whole lot more. I have been very satisfied with them in the past.

TransAtlantic parts swap . . .

I got a pile of stuff from CablesOnline at a local computer show and their store is over in Brooklyn, IIRC. I'd like to pick up a pile of thingamajigs for myself there before I migrate south. Can you locate one of the Black 5xxx RoadApples with matching KBD and Mouse that are supposed to be available on your side of the pond? All I want shipped would be the peripherals (need to be vg+ to mint cosmetically, doesn't matter if they work) and exterior case plastics (good to fair cosmetics acceptable, but not really needed if mint peripheral plastics are available as separate items) so it shouldn't cost too much. The stuff you need shouldn't cost all that much to ship either, should it? Maybe we can work something out?

Whoops

Well, I suppose I should have gone ahead and looked at your links first, eh? Acute Teach me to pay more attention...

IIRC their shipping within the states was pretty cheap, but I don't know what international would be like... My roommate (or flatmate, if you prefer) was in England for a few months for his job, and he said it was definitely more difficult to find parts and such over there. It was funny, he had started to use some decidedly British flavored phrases in good supply by the time he came back (things were 'brilliant' instead of great, and he had to 'shift' things instead of move them...). We had a few good laughs at his expense Smile

the problem of living on Orkney (or any small island) is its very hard to get computers and stuff shipped up here it costs alot to have anything big sent over ... and besides those black PMs are like gold dust Wink

if you are just wanting a black case and perhiperals ... then buy some black Molecubond and spray the whole lot Blum 3
