Apple iie component C12

Hello again people. Trying to get my 4th and last IIe back to life. It is a 1982 PAL board - 820-0073-B

Can someone kindly tell me what the component C12 (just above the power connector) is.

its markings are 10 uM, 20 volt, +tar

I think it is a tantulum capacitor but the uM has me confused.

It has a positive side

Is this a capacitor ?

This IIe has a 5volt to ground short, C12 and C15 are direct shorts

If they are caps what do I replace them with. I only know uF,pF,nF..

uM is a new one to me!!

Re: Apple iie component C12

Weh Hey - It worked

Booted up to Apple //e

Thats the enhanced iie from what i was just reading. Have 341-303 and 341-304 roms , video rom is 341- 160 A ( thats the UK enhanced video rom from what i read). I had no 65c02 so just used a standard 6502

if I get a 65c02 in there will this be the full II/e enhanced.
Looking at one on ebay. R65C02P4 Will this work?
