Would you consider uploading the docs to Archive.org? Just a thought.
Also consider the Apple II Documentation Project. They have a place to archive stuff like this.
Good idea!
Just finished the upload.

Hi, I also got this card without the SCART cable adapter. I found the pinout for the connector but I'm wondering what kind of plug it is. Does anyone recognize it? Looking for 15-pin 1 row connectors has not shown the right one yet.
You may have to cut off a peice of female header connector to the right number of pins. Then you can solder wires to the back side of it. There aren't always neat crimp type connectors readily available in every size. These usually come in lots of 10 or 20 and start out as 40 pins -- you cut off the number you need. What is in the picture is the remnants after I made a 20-pin connector. With these you usually waste one pin every time you cut. So with this remnant to make a 15 pin connector you'd count off 15 pins and cut through the next one.

Difficult to be 100% sure but it looks like AMPMODU II or AMPMODU IV
AMPMODU IV looks like it should fit. Thanks for the hint!
