I have a copy of the game, but disk is bad. I have the cracked version, but am really looking for the unhacked version. They used a code wheel to protect from copying, and I think the software itself, is not protected.

I have the game, but it came with a cracked version on disk. I would like to get an original uncracked version of the game.
I have John Madden Football on my FTP server. I know one version is cracked, but unsure about all of them. I have 2 or 3 copies on there. If you want access so you can download them and try them, PM me for the info.

Depending on the publisher (EOA vs. Epyx) you will find that it was in fact protected - just not very well:

Normally I would say that any disk image of a protected title residing on a server somewhere must by definition be cracked. But this one could be deprotected with a minimum of fuss. If you want a pristine copy, my guess is you need to rephrase your question asking for someone with a working original copy. Otherwise, if you take the "John Madden Football - Front.dsk" image from Asimov and put the files on a normal DOS 3.3-formatted disk, you will avoid the unobtrusive "Cracked by the Blade" boot message and be done with it.

Well I'm a bit into restoration of things to the original state. So yes, I'd like an image of the original disk.
The documentation say's it's not copy protected, so a .dsk image captured with ADT should do it.

It sounds like you have a different version than the ones that were required to be cracked in the first place. Who published it? Date?
Is it an option for you to clean the disk surface you have and re-insert in a clean jacket and try reading?
I think it's the same version. Cracking this program consists of bypassing the code wheel check.
