Maybe a USB to serial adapter and the generic postscript driver.
MacOS X doesn't support EtherTalk (DDP protocol over Ethernet) after 10.6; the LaserWriter IIg only speaks that protocol on its Ethernet port.
You may be able to connect via a serial cable and a USB-Serial adapter. Another possibility is that SheepShaver may be able to see the printer if it can get access to send raw Ethernet frames.
