We have complied with zero government requests for information.
Those cards are extremely common. Apple made millions of them that were shipped with //e units back in the 1980s and early 1990s. I bought a couple of them off eBay a few years ago. Paid about $20 each for them. Prices have gone up a little but mostly on less common stuff, which this isn't at all.
