I am looking for Z-Term, a communication program that supports the Apple II with Softcard CP/M. I have looked in the usual places (Asimov, etc), but could not find any disk images with the program.
Any help is appreciated!

Really, for Apple II? Zterm was *the* terminal emulator for Mac 68k for years, but I was never aware it was also on CP/M?
Perhaps the very original shell version of the transfer protocol would have been ported? "rzsz" -- fun fact, I still use it in my normal use on my huge workstation&servers, as it's easy to 'beam up' or 'beam down' a file via ssh *on the same connection and directory* as you are logged in...
