Portable Patmos source update

This is an update to the source code for the kernel of portable patmos which
was archived recently. There were some problems with 68030 support which have
been addressed. You will need the previous archive also to do anything useful
with portable patmos (other than browse the source).

This software still only runs with VM off (sorry)
