I have an apple bluetooth keyboard that some of the keys don't work. item has never been messed around with, just stopped working. no spills, no nothing has happened. I want to know if the keyboard is still in warranty, and how can I get it fixed? or rather, replaced?
The keyboard comes up under bluetooth, but a line of keys on the board, including the spacebar, the "L, O, and 9" keys don't work, and neither do a small row on the numpad.
I want to know how I can look this up to see if the warranty still applies? I don't remember when it was bought, but I thought it was within the last year.
