WTB: Powerbook

I realize this is very general,
I need a Powerbook, specs aren't too important. I need an AC adapter with it.
Condition doesn't matter. It just as to be able to stay open and closed, and actually stay together.
There needs to be any OS installed.
I just need a little notepad for the news studio I work in.
I want to stay under $20, hopefuly under $15.
Does anyone have anything?
