Does anyone here have a Dithertizer video card?

I'm looking for a .dsk image (or the likes) of the software that runs it.
Can't find the software for it on Asimov and other sites, only the photos and manual.
A reference to D/L would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Total overhaul of AA11190 PSU in Apple ///... I decided to completely revamp the original PSU of Apple /// and change not only ‘X’ caps but most OR all of the capacitors. I am looking for advise what caps will be best suited for this task based on tested real life experience
