Apple II

Apple IIe power light out on my keyboard

I apologize if this has been covered before but I couldn't find an answer anywhere... any suggestions on how to fix this? Is it as simple as replacing the light (bulb)? Where would one acquire such a bulb?

Apple II+ restoration

I'm diving into my first Apple II restoration job on a machine that is just plain dead. Power on the PSU hums, but no light and no bell (let alone video). I was hoping to get some initial directions and some information on this particular machine. It's a fairly late serial number A2S2 (dating to late 1982) with the rev D RFI motherboard. There are a number of interesting upgrades, including a "lowercase chip", a "Repeaterrr" board, and a few expansion cards (Microsoft RAM, Apple Super Serial, Applied Engineering VideoMaster.)

Apple II problems

Hello, I have an apple II that is having some issues. The computer boots to the screen you see below. Does anybody recognize the below screen?

The motherboard is missing one chip, 74LS02. Could this be the problem?

About 2 years ago i did quite rough research about Apple in the Internet
and collected about 60 or more links to pages related to the Apple and
related topics. I repeated a "refreching" of that collected links
several days ago and realized a lot of that sources went offline...

Apple IIc RGB Color Enhancer by Video 7 - reverse engineering?

Some weeks ago there was an Apple IIc RGB Color Enhancer by Video 7 listed on eBay. Unfortunately I was tight on cash and couldn't bid on it. I want to get one to connect a Macintosh 12" RGB Display to my //c.
These adapters are very rare and hard to get, plus expensive if you find one. I'm thinking maybe somebody knows how to reverse engineer the Video 7 to make one out of an RF modulator?
Any ideas?

A Quick Thread... Someone looking for Early 4116 Chips.

Good morning all,

Somewhere in another thread, someone was looking for some early '77-'79 4116 chips for a project. I just cannot remember which topic it was under and who was asking. I have recently acquired a couple with the Date Code 7920. These are chips with the Gold Labels.
Please let me know if you still are looking.
